MADISON, Wis. (Nov. 21, 2008) – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that attorneys Josephine Benkers and Sara Vinarov have been promoted to partner at the Firm’s Madison office.

· Josephine Benkers – Benkers focuses her practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation, including patent infringement, copyright and trade secrets disputes. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School.

· Sara Vinarov – Vinarov focuses her practice on intellectual property. She has experience working with clients to procure and manage worldwide patent portfolios in a variety of life science areas. Vinarov earned her bachelor’s degree from Trinity University , a Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from Marquette University .
