MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. today announced the election of eight new equity shareholders, five in the Milwaukee office, two in the Madison office and one in the Manitowoc office. Pamela L. Gergens, Frank A. Gumina, Michael D. Rosenberg, Amy M. Salberg and Heather M. Tiltmann achieved shareholder status in the Milwaukee office; Cynthia L. Buchko and Mary E. Eberle became shareholders in the Madison office; and Michelle Birschbach became shareholder in the Manitowoc office.
Birschbach focuses her practice in the areas of trusts & estates, corporate law, and real estate. She graduated Cum Laude from Marquette University Law School.
Buchko concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, administrative law and energy and public utilities law. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.
Eberle concentrates her practice in intellectual property law, particularly in the biotech, agriculture, and renewable energy industries. She is a graduate of Marquette University Law School.
Gergens focuses her practice in environmental law representing developers, investors, and companies in matters facing the real estate industry, including regulatory compliance, brownfield redevelopment, and asbestos abatement and enforcement. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.
Gumina focuses primarily on representing management in all facets of labor and employment law matters, and has litigated numerous employment related cases. He graduated Cum Laude from Marquette University Law School.
Rosenberg focuses his practice in the areas of product liability litigation, toxic tort, personal injury defense, insurance coverage and transportation litigation. He is a graduate of Northwestern University Law School.
Salberg concentrates her practice in consumer finance law. Prior to joining WHD, she worked in the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions as the attorney for its Consumer Credit Division. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Tiltmann focuses her practice on a wide variety of labor, employment and immigration-related matters. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law.
