National City Bank Picks Up the Tab for Milwaukee … Literally

Milwaukee’s fifth largest bank surprises area residents with random acts of

“freeness”

National City surprised people at six Caribou coffee locations this morning by

picking up the tab for everyone in the stores

WHAT: Most people use their credit/debit cards and write checks to make
purchases, pay bills and take care of all of life’s everyday
expenses without blinking. Each swipe of a card and every written
check can add up to a lot of spent dollars, but for some people
it can mean a lot of great rewards.

National City wants to show Milwaukee what it’s like to be
rewarded every day. To celebrate its rewards program, Points from
National City, National City will pick up the tab for coffee,
gas, movies and more at various (surprise) locations throughout
the city and surrounding suburbs in the coming weeks.

WHEN: The National City points place crew and points van will be
popping up at surprise locations throughout Milwaukee and its
surrounding suburbs from May 7 until May 31.

WHERE: It’s a secret! Visit www.nationalcity.com/points to learn more
about National City’s free checking program and its random acts
of “freeness” locations.

WHO: National City Bank. National City is Milwaukee’s fifth largest
bank. It operates 24 branches and 28 ATMs throughout Milwaukee
and holds more than $1.4 billion in deposits.
