Governor Doyle Announces Funding for Authenticom Inc.

Project to create 29 jobs


 


MADISON— Governor Jim Doyle today announced that Authenticom Inc., La Crosse, La Crosse County, will receive $150,000 in Technology Zone tax credits. The project is expected to create 29 new positions.


 


“To grow Wisconsin, we must continue to invest in our economy and foster technology growth,” Governor Doyle said. “I am pleased Authenticom Inc. will expand its facility, which will help the company keep up with the growing demands of its products.”


 


Authenticom Inc., founded in 2002, provides data and technology services, primarily to the automotive sector. The company electronically collects transactional data, like sales and repair orders, and further validates and corrects this data. Authenticom Inc. is relocating to a 14,000-sq.-ft. facility in the area. The company is remodeling and equipping this facility at a total cost of $200,000.
