Joseph E. Mauthe Named VP of Global Human Resources
NEENAH, Wis., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Plexus Corp. (NASDAQ:PLXS) today announced that Joseph E. Mauthe will assume the role of VP of Global Human Resources. Plexus Corp.’s Board of Directors has named Mr. Mauthe, 45, an officer of the corporation. In this role, Mr. Mauthe will lead the design and implementation of human resources strategies for the enterprise, including compensation, benefits, leadership development, recruiting, HR business support and HR systems and infrastructure.

Mr. Mauthe joined Plexus in March 2007 after serving as Senior Director, Human Resources for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. In his 22 years of service at Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Mauthe held a variety of positions within the human resources function, including employee development, organizational development, benefits, operations, talent management and special projects. Mr. Mauthe earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at St. Norbert College.
