Shopko Names Mary Meixelsperger Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

GREEN BAY, Wis., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ — Shopko is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Meixelsperger to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In her new position, Meixelsperger is responsible for all accounting, treasury, tax, planning, and audit activities for the regional mass retailer.

Meixelsperger is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of experience. She joined Shopko as Vice President, Treasurer in August 2005 and was promoted to Vice President, Controller in April 2006. Prior to joining Shopko, Meixelsperger’s experience included serving as CFO for the Credit Union National Association and Affiliates and as CFO for Rotary International. She started her career in public accounting at Arthur Young and Co., and she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
