Madison, WI (February 13, 2017) – East Towne Mall is excited to announce the addition of H&M, Lucky’s 13 Pub and Flix Brewhouse to the mall. All 3 tenants are scheduled to start construction soon.
H&M is one of the world’s largest fashion retailers famous for offering fashion-forward apparel at affordable prices in a sustainable way. The East Towne Mall location will offer collections for the whole family – ladies, men, and separate “store within a store” sections for accessories. The store will also carry the H&M Kids collection for newborns to 14 years old. H&M will occupy more than 21,000 square feet in the mall between Center Court and JCPenney. The store is slated to open Fall 2017.
Lucky’s 13 Pub will also join East Towne Mall this fall, occupying almost 6,500 square feet in the Food Court. The rustic feel and welcoming atmosphere sets Lucky’s apart from the rest. Lucky’s 13 Pub shares a dedication to exceptional service, with a scratch kitchen providing generously portioned and quality food. From live music on the weekends, to televisions at every angle, customers will find entertainment combined with daily specials and an extensive Americana menu, exceeding expectations. Lucky’s 13 Pub will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The East Towne Mall location will be the first location in Wisconsin. Lucky’s 13 Pub is not affiliated with Lucky’s 1313 Brew Pub on Regent Street in Madison, or Lucky’s Bar & Grill in Waunakee.
Flix Brewhouse is America’s Cinema Brewery – the only first run movie theater in the world to incorporate a fully functioning microbrewery. By combining these concepts, Flix delivers to your theater seat three of America’s great loves – craft beer, great food and the latest movies. All stadium seating “dining rooms” are outfitted with the latest high-definition digital cinema projection and sound technologies, wall-to-wall curved screens, cushy high back chairs, and the revolutionary Easy Glider moveable table top.
Flix Brewhouse will brew 9 of their own beers and offer 38 draft beers, an extensive wine selection and a variety of specialty non-alcoholic drinks for guests to enjoy. The Flix Mix lobby bar and café will be open 7 days a week, no ticket required. Flix Brewhouse will be the company’s 5th location, and the first in Wisconsin. The theater is slated to open spring 2018 and will occupy more than 39,000 square feet on the back side of the mall.
