DCFM Thanksgiving Guide
To help market goers prepare for Thanksgiving, available beginning at the November 14 indoor market will be the DCFM Thanksgiving Guide, with ingredient suggestions, recipes, and much more.

“We’re very excited about our upcoming DCFM Thanksgiving Guide,” notes DCFM Manager Bill Lubing. “As Madison’s original and largest farmers’ market on the Capitol Square, after we move indoors folks continue buying their holiday ingredients at the Monona Terrace DCFM.

“Many people don’t realize that not only are we the largest producer-only market in the U.S.,” Lubing Notes, “We’re also the largest source of locally produced ingredients in our community. We wanted to produce this DCFM Thanksgiving guide so that people would know how easy it is to shop the local producers found at the DCFM.”
