New North Inc.: Redesigned website debuts for New North Inc.

Emphasizes the benefits of living and working in region to prospective employees

NEW NORTH, July 8, 2015 – An enhanced emphasis on what it’s like to live and work in the New North region is a major component of the redesigned website of New North Inc., http://www.thenewnorth.com, which debuted this month. Tools to assist prospective employees and trailing spouses in their relocation searches have been added, in part based on feedback from New North companies.

The redesigned website also focuses on a strong visual presentation through improved navigation and increased use of icons, along with being mobile friendly.

“Research shows that most job searches start online,” says Ann Duginske, director of marketing and development for New North Inc., “and that a significant portion of those searches are on the benefits of living in the area of the targeted position. Our goal was to deliver that information in a single place to which companies in the region can direct potential employees.”

Photos of real people and actual events from the region – contributed by partner organizations and New North companies – are utilized across the new website.

In its redesigned format, the website continues to provide information sought by nationwide site selectors, including available sites/facilities and targeted industry clusters, along with news and other information on the New North region.

Coalesce Marketing & Design of Appleton designed the look of the new website. Infinity Technology of Green Bay built the website. Stellar Blue Technologies of Neenah worked to improve keyword search and search engine optimization.
