Oconomowoc, WI – First Bank Financial Centre (FBFC), a full-service, community bank
that has served southeastern Wisconsin since 1859, has received an “Outstanding” CRA rating from the FDIC.
The CRA (Community Reinvestment Act), passed by Congress in 1977, encourages financial
institutions to meet their communities’ needs through safe and sound lending practices and by
providing retail banking and community development services.
“We are one of only a handful of Wisconsin banks to earn the FDIC’s highest rating for CRA, and
we couldn’t be more proud” said FBFC President & CEO, Mark Mohr. “It requires a total team
commitment to be a strong financial partner, and our outstanding rating is a reflection of the dedication
our 265 employees have to our customers and our communities.”
This latest CRA exam marks the second consecutive time FBFC has earned an “outstanding”
rating, the highest such rating a bank can receive.
