Miron Construction Co., Inc.: Adds four new team members in Madison

Madison – Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently added four new individuals to its Madison team.

Fabricio DeSouza serves as a project manager for Miron and provides direct management of construction projects. This includes dealing with construction issues, purchasing materials, creating and following schedules, carefully monitoring and reporting on financial issues related to projects and accountability for ultimate project success. Fabricio has 18 years of experience in the construction industry and holds his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Roger Williams University. Most recently, Fabricio served as a field operation manager for a large construction firm.

Mary Cummings and Destiney Fox have been hired as project accountants and are responsible for processing billing transactions in support of construction projects. They are also responsible for keeping project insurance current, monitoring project modification pricing, tracking and confirming labor rates, and advantage purchasing.

Mary most recently served as a research assistant for the Fiscal and Economic Research Center and earned her bachelor’s in business administration in economics from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Destiney is currently seeking her accounting associate degree from Madison Area Technical College, which she will earn this fall. She previously served as an accounting assistant for McKay Nursery Company for more than four years.

Katie Link serves as a project administrator and will work with project teams to assist with the planning, directing and coordination of activities of assigned construction projects. Katie, who has three years of experience in the construction industry, comes to Miron from L.W. Allen, Inc., where she served as a project coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and information systems from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
