Colliers International | Wisconsin Announces Steve Palec has joined the company as a Partner
Colliers International | Wisconsin is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Palec to the company’s brokerage operations. Steve will become a Partner in the Wisconsin operation of Colliers International where he will lead the company’s Occupier Services platform, representing some of the area’s largest corporate real estate users.
Steve has 30 years of experience in Milwaukee’s commercial real estate market starting his career at the Polacheck Company where he became a shareholder and spent five years at CBRE when the firm was acquired. Steve most recently led the Milwaukee Office of Cresa where he and his team exclusively focused on tenant representation. Under Steve’s leadership Cresa Partners became the leading tenant representation firm in Milwaukee representing tenants such as Baker Tilly, Infosys, The Office of The Commissioner of Major League Baseball and Northwestern Mutual.
Joining Steve at Colliers will be business and marketing manager Dani Kapitz and tenant advisor Ben Anderson.
