Milwaukee, Wis. (January 27, 2015) – The Froedtert Hospital Foundation Board of Directors has elected David Marcus as the new Board Chair. Marcus is president of Marcus Investments LLC, the parent company of Berengaria Development, Verlo Mattress and Hospitality Democracy restaurant group. He has been a member of the Froedtert Hospital Foundation Board since 2012.
“David is a very dedicated leader with strong civic connections throughout the greater Milwaukee community. We are grateful to have him serve as our Board Chairman,” said Alice Archabal, vice president and chief development officer of the Froedtert Hospital Foundation & The Medical College of Wisconsin Development Office. “I am confident he will help to lead us as we continue to align our fundraising efforts and priorities with the Medical College.
