Madison, Wis. – Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently announced that Steve Roth has been promoted to Vice President, Healthcare Services & Southern Operations. He will be located in Miron’s Madison office and will be responsible for managing Miron’s southern Wisconsin operations as well as leading Miron’s healthcare services team. Roth will also utilize his 33 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing management and construction management to lead Miron’s pre-construction efforts across all markets, throughout Wisconsin, the Midwest and the nation.
Roth will be involved in all aspects of business development, client relations and the delivery of large projects. He has successfully delivered numerous projects, in excess of $100 million per project. His unique skill-set, which involves working on the owner’s side as a director of facilities as well as for other large contractors throughout the Midwest, will assist in further differentiating Miron’s management team.
Prior to joining the Miron team, Roth was Director of Facilities Development for Children’s Hospital and Health System in Milwaukee. In that role, Roth was responsible for all facilities capital improvements. His most recent projects include the new West Tower, development of the New Berlin Ambulatory Center/Clinic and expansion of the surgery program. His previous experience also includes work on a series of campus expansions at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, Wis. Roth has a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering and is a graduate of Michigan Technological University.
