Security MicroImaging: Acquires Cleveland-based Imaging Solutions Group

Milwaukee, WI – Milwaukee-based Security MicroImaging Corporation announced it has purchased Imaging Solutions Group, Inc. (ISG) of Cleveland, OH. The acquisition was finalized on June 23, 2009.

“This strategic transaction compliments our enterprise content management (ECM) practice with additional resources and proven industry experience allowing us to provide more enterprise content management solutions to an expanding account base throughout the Midwest. Both companies have been formally recognized as award-winning Hyland Software resellers and we strive to continually lead in our market,” said Bill Buerger, president of Security MicroImaging. “Security MicroImaging has a 40+ year reputation of serving as an industry expert and we look forward to continuing that tradition with ISG.”

ISG’s staff, including prior owner/president David Geller, will retain their employment in the Cleveland office. Parallel to Security MicroImaging’s initiatives, ISG is a value-added integrator of ECM solutions, focused on assisting clients achieve enhanced productivity, profitability, and compliance. Collectively, Security MicroImaging now has offices conveniently located in Milwaukee, Chicago, St. Louis, and Cleveland.
