APPLETON – Learn about common mistakes that can kill your start-up business if you don’t understand some basic rules from Brian Curry, president and CEO of PhysioGenix, at the Thursday, Mar. 19 meeting of the Wisconsin Innovation Network Northeast Chapter.

The event will be held at the D J Bordini Center, 5 Systems Drive, near the Fox Valley Technical College campus in Appleton. An experienced entrepreneur in the technology sector, Curry will present “Gone in six seconds: Killer start-up mistakes.” Curry will illustrate the mistakes and pitfalls that confront even the most successful entrepreneurs – and how they can be avoided. He will share personal insight on his own endeavors and killer mistakes that could have been prevented.

Curry has consulted with more than 40 early stage technology companies in product assessment, market forecasting and obtaining financing. Prior to coming to PhysioGenix, Curry was president of Functional Design for 10 years, which provided biomechanical design, testing and consulting to national and global companies.
