3 added to executive staff at Menomonee Falls, Memphis locations

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. and MEMPHIS – Jan. 21, 2009 – DDN has added three new executives to its growing team in the areas of regulatory affairs, human resources and information technology, President Ross Bjella announced today.

The three new executives include:

Janett Gray, Ph.D. – Director of Regulatory Affairs – Janett oversees the management and assurance of quality systems, process control, and regulatory affairs and has 15 years of experience in developing and managing systems for medical devices, biologics and pharmaceuticals manufacturing. Dr. Gray’s previous experience includes 13 years with in biomedical pharmaceuticals with Lifeblood, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards for all products, services, processes, and systems.

Peg Heinen, Director of Human Resources – A Marquette University graduate with almost a decade of service as an HR executive and corporate recruiter, Peg most recently spent five years as Human Resources Manager for Dominion Medical Management, overseeing HR services for 175 employees in multiple states. Peg’s professional background includes leadership positions with UMB Fund Services (formerly Sunstone Financial Group) and GE Medical Systems.

Joe Otto, Vice President of Information Technology – With nearly 25 years of IT experience under his belt, Joe joins the leadership team after recently acting as a consultant for DDN, leading the team that designed and built a state-of-the-art data center at DDN’s Menomonee Falls headquarters. Joe previously acted as the North American CIO for Schwarz Pharma and spent more than a decade working in leadership roles for LSI Logic GMBH in Munich, Germany.
