Standard Networks: Java-Based MOVEit Secure Transfer Client Released

MADISON, Wis., March 23 /PRNewswire/ — The new platform-independent MOVEit API Java client from Standard Networks enables mainframe, Solaris, Linux, and other computer systems to schedule and automate the safe exchange of files and messages with MOVEit DMZ secure transfer and storage servers via firewall-friendly HTTPS encrypted connections.

MOVEit API Java is a fast, compact client that provides a secure programmatic interface to create, manage, and delete files, folders, messages, and users on MOVEit DMZ servers. The product comes with a free, precompiled, standard command-line FTP client interface that enables it to be driven by mainframe JCL or Unix/Linux shell script, and by the local OS scheduler such as Cron.
