STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION Declares Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE, Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION (NASDAQ:STRT) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors at a meeting on December 4, 2007 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The quarterly dividend is payable on January 2, 2008 to shareholders of record as of December 17, 2007.


STRATTEC designs, develops, manufactures and markets mechanical locks and keys, electronically enhanced locks and keys, steering column and instrument panel ignition lock housings, latches and related access control products for North American automotive customers, and for global automotive manufacturers through the VAST Alliance in which it participates with WITTE Automotive of Velbert, Germany and ADAC Automotive of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
